Responsibilities

• Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments per IPAC standards and provincial rules.
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment and complete required testing and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health protocols.
• Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow.

About You:

• Previousclinicalexperience workingin sterilizationroleis consideredan asset
• Completion ofan accredited Dental Assisting and/orMedical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programsis preferred
• Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset
