Bardel Entertainment in Vancouver, BC, seeks a proactive production coordinator for a temporary assignment. You will track shot progress in ShotGrid, manage tickets and reassignments, and support artists with day-to-day questions to keep production moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have LRC and Post experience, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills. The role requires collaboration with the Production Manager and Stereo Prep team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience in LRC and Post.
• Strong ShotGrid knowledge: tracking, tickets, reassignments.
• Experience supporting artists with day-to-day questions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing production needs.
• Collaborative, service-oriented approach; escalate when needed.
• Previous animation production experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Track and update shot progress in ShotGrid.
• Manage production tickets and shot reassignments with timely communication.
• Follow up with artists on outstanding work and production questions.
• Assist artists with day-to-day questions and connect them with the right team.
• Support the daily workflow of the Stereo Prep team with Production Manager and Supervisors.
• Monitor shot status and flag potential delays to Production Manager.
• Coordinate reviews and distribute materials for feedback and approvals.
• Maintain accurate production tracking information and documentation.
• Support team communication and scheduling as production needs change.
