Company 3 Vancouver provides Post Production services to some of the world’s top content creators and is known for its artistic excellence and global reach. We seek a Post Production Coordinator to support the Producing team in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes client service, meticulous organization, and professional communication, with duties spanning billing, scheduling, and coordinating sessions across on-site facilities in Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing Post Production environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with billing/invoicing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and manage expectations with the Producing team.
• Create and finalize billing for all operators daily to ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide afternoon/evening support for the Producing team and be the go-to resource for clients until end of day.
• Greet and escort clients to their sessions on arrival.
• Oversee evening sessions and coordinate hospitality services.
• Communicate session details to clients and internal departments; keep project status up to date.
• Coordinate with scheduling and internal operations to allocate facility resources and personnel.
