Qualifications

• 3–7 years in creative production, graphics coordination, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating with production, clients, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics workflows and asset approvals.
• Excellent communication to translate briefs into actionable plans.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staffing across multiple builds.

Responsibilities

• Read scripts and identify on-screen graphic needs.
• Translate needs into scope, timelines, staffing plans, and budgets.
• Create robust briefs for designers to execute.
• Attend calls and convert discussions into actionable steps.
• Coordinate assets, approvals, and missing information with stakeholders.
• Assign artists and track budgets, schedules, and revision cycles.
• Review work for story clarity and production readiness before delivery.
• Submit work for clearance and communicate direction to designers.
• Keep projects moving on time, within budget, and at high quality.
