Qualifications

• Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
• Proficient with Kroll and pharmacy IT systems; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill prescriptions using established workflows.
• Counsel patients on new therapies; ensure understanding.
• Monitor patient adherence with ongoing consultations.
• Maintain patient profiles in line with privacy standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with NAPRA and Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Availability to cover shifts on short notice.
