Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance for a large, multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, technicians and support staff. You will drive patient safety, oversee dispensing, schedule shifts, and ensure Ontario College of Pharmacists and NAPRA standards are met while maintaining a calm, efficient mail-order environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists registration.
• 7+ years of pharmacy experience, with leadership of large teams.
• Strong ability to hire, coach, and performance-manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, performance, and regulatory compliance of the Richmond Hill pharmacy.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and performance management for pharmacists, technicians, and staff.
• Coach leaders, develop accountability, and ensure consistent SOPs and onboarding across teams.
• Drive patient safety in dispensing and clinical consultations while maintaining compliance with OCP and NAPRA standards.
• Manage inventory, workflows, and resource optimization in a fast-paced mail-order environment.
