Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our mail-order team. You will accurately fill prescriptions, counsel patients on therapies, monitor adherence, and maintain patient records within privacy standards.

Work closely with a team of pharmacists and technicians in a high-volume, patient-centered environment with shift coverage flexibility. Ontario licensure and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist with Part A by the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
Proficient in Kroll and pharmacy IT systems; detail-oriented.
Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.
Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with privacy and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians and staff to support smooth daily operations.
Ensure compliance with regulations set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
