Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee full operations of our Richmond Hill pharmacy. You will lead a large multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, technicians, and staff, with accountability for hiring, scheduling, and performance management, while ensuring compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
• 7+ years of pharmacy experience with leadership of large teams in high-volume environments.
• Ability to hire, manage, coach, and performance-manage sizeable multidisciplinary teams; strong structure and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Kroll and comfort with pharmacy management systems.
• Drive process improvements and maintain performance in deadline-driven settings.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance with OCP and NAPRA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations, performance, and regulatory standing of the Richmond Hill pharmacy.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and full-cycle performance management for a large multidisciplinary team.
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen leadership capability and accountability across teams.
• Develop onboarding, training programs, and SOPs for clarity and consistency at scale.
• Ensure daily workflows and compliance with federal and provincial regulations and company standards.
