Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support our mail-order operation. The role requires Part A licensing by the Ontario College of Pharmacists and a minimum of 2 years’ pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Kroll and pharmacy IT systems.
• Attention to detail in prescription preparation, labeling, and documentation.
• Team player able to work independently or with the team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.
• Counsel patients on new therapies and ensure understanding and comfort with medications.
• Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
• Maintain patient profiles and records in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and staff to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with NAPRA and Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations.
• Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice.

What You’ll Do
