Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Port Coquitlam, BC, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support its Canadian mail-order operation. You will fill prescriptions accurately, counsel patients on therapies, monitor adherence, and maintain patient records in a privacy-compliant environment.

Join a team-focused, patient-centred practice with a strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and high-volume workflow. A Part A BC license and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
• Licensing: Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing.
• Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in prescription preparation, labeling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.
• Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
• Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
• Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians and staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the College of Pharmacists of BC.
• Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice.
