Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Mississauga is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our mail-order team on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will accurately fill prescriptions, counsel patients on therapies, monitor adherence, and maintain patient records in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

Your role requires a Part A license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing, at least 2 years of pharmacy experience, and strong proficiency in Kroll and pharmacy IT systems.

Qualifications

• Part A license by the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in prescription preparation, labeling and documentation.
• Team player who can work independently or with the team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely following established procedures.
• Counsel patients on new therapies and ensure understanding.
• Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
• Maintain patient profiles and records per privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians and staff to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with NAPRA and OCP regulations.
• Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice is an asset.

What You’ll Do
