Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Port Coquitlam, BC, is seeking a Part A licensed pharmacist to join our mail-order team. The weekends 7:00 am—3:30 pm schedule offers stable hours in a patient-centered, Canadian-owned operation.

You will fill prescriptions accurately, counsel patients on therapies, monitor adherence, and maintain patient records in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards. Teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
• Detail-oriented: accuracy in prescription preparation, labeling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.
• Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
• Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
• Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists, technicians, and other staff to support daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with NAPRA and the College of Pharmacists of BC.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Licensing: Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing.
