Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Port Coquitlam, BC is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our mail-order team. You will fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and monitor adherence in a patient-centered setting.

You will maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure compliant, efficient daily operations. A flexible shift schedule is available, with on-site work in a calm, focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of BC.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
• Proficient in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
• Detail-oriented: accuracy in prescription preparation, labeling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely following workflow procedures.
• Counsel patients on new therapies and ensure understanding and comfort with medications.
• Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
• Maintain patient profiles and records per privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and staff to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with NAPRA and BC College of Pharmacists regulations.
• Support shift coverage on short notice as an asset.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Licensing: Part A licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation is essential.
• Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.
