RBC Global Security is seeking an experienced Staff AI Engineering leader to design and implement agentic AI systems and LLM applications in enterprise security. You will guide technical standards, mentor a team, and drive execution across data pipelines, MCP servers, and AI frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software development experience with AI/ML.
• Expert-level Python production systems.
• Deep expertise NLP/Gen AI with vectors, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with MCP servers for enterprise data integration.
• Production LLM experience with Anthropic Claude API or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NLP/Generative AI applications in Python.
• Design and implement MCP servers for enterprise data integration.
• Build deployment pipelines to cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure, AWS) and containerize with Docker.
• Develop AI-driven security tools and integrate with SIEM systems for alerting and reporting.
• Establish technical direction and architectural standards across MCP server development and AI frameworks.
• Lead cross-system AI integrations with scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.
