Job summary

RBC's AI Solutions Engineering group seeks a senior leader to drive the engineering, delivery, and scale of enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple business domains. You will partner with Applied AI, Platform teams, and business units to translate research into production-ready software that meets stringent performance and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape the technical roadmap for AI delivery, and ensure seamless integration with RBC’s Lumina, core

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in software engineering, delivery, platform engineering, or systems engineering roles with at least 5 years in leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field from a top-tier university.
Proven track record building and deploying large-scale, mission-critical software systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering, development & delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple business domains.
Ensure successful deployment of AI solutions on RBC platforms with production support.
Translate research algorithms and ML models into production-ready software that meets business requirements.
Drive the technical roadmap for AI solutions engineering including architecture patterns and deployment automation.
Ensure AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and regulatory standards.
