Job summary

RBC is seeking an experienced Engineer-Product Leader to advance agentic AI workflows in Wealth Management. You will bridge business problems with intelligent automation, shaping reusable agentic patterns across vendor and internal agents while maintaining governance and stakeholder alignment.

You will lead multi-agent design, develop and evaluate POCs, and own success metrics, partnering with Advisors, field leadership, and enterprise teams to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years total engineering experience with 2-3+ years building agentic or LLM systems

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value agentic workflow opportunities with stakeholders
• Lead rapid POC cycles with multi-agent interactions
• Own use-case shaping and success metrics as Product Owner
• Establish reusable agent design patterns with AI Engineering
• Align with governance and enterprise frameworks
