Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor role.
• Minimum 3 years of serving experience.
• Must hold Serving It Right certification.
• Strong knowledge of wines.
• Completion of in-house training program.
• Ability to lead a portion of staff to complete duties.
• Deep knowledge of F&B preparation and presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing different areas during events.
• Communicate issues to managers and enforce Sodexo Live! policies.
• Attend briefings before every shift and monitor menus.
• Ensure safe food handling and alcohol service, including last call.
• Provide high level guest service and manage inventory.
• Document incidents and ensure proper closing procedures.
