Job summary

Sodexo Live! Canada seeks an experienced Hospitality Zone Supervisor to lead multiple concession locations at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver.

You will manage frontline teams, ensure staffing and safety, and deliver outstanding guest experiences during major events. In this role you will coordinate with culinary, beverage and operations partners, uphold food safety, serving it right standards, and support event success with strong leadership at all times.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in high-volume hospitality
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently within a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concession stands, bars or service locations within an assigned event-day zone.
• Lead and support Stand Leaders and frontline teams, providing clear direction, coaching and real-time issue resolution.
• Ensure all assigned locations are fully staffed, stocked, organized, merchandised and ready before gates open.
• Monitor sales demand, food production, inventory and staffing throughout the event and adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Partner with warehouse, culinary, beverage, POS/technology and leadership teams to resolve operational needs quickly.
• Maintain food quality, temperature, sanitation, food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support an efficient, welcoming guest experience and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and communicate effectively by radio and in person across the operation.
• Review inventory counts, transfers, discrepancies and required event paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead assigned closing procedures, including cleaning, product storage, equipment shutdown, security and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput, presentation, team performance and the overall guest experience.
