Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive retail management experience, including flagship/high-volume store leadership.
• Proven record leading large retail teams and achieving sales and operational objectives.
• Experience coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Experience managing inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and operational execution.
• Strong customer relations and community engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory management, and retail reporting systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and operational execution.
• Experience building strong customer relationships and community connections.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory management, and retail reporting systems.
