What you will do:
  • Stakeholder engagement with LP Asset Management, LP Risk Management, Engineering, Operations, Asset Performance, and Project Execution groups supporting the identification, business case development, and active sponsorship of assigned Equipment Program investments.

  • Engage with project execution teams throughout development, execution and closeout to compile, review, and analyze project performance data with the objective of improving performance of assigned Equipment Class Programs.

  • Reaffirm business case scope will be achieved without scope creep.

  • Review and recommend scope and “at completion” cost and schedule changes.

  • Review monthly cost and schedule forecasts.

  • Recommend asset investment optimizations to improve performance of assigned Equipment Class Programs.

Who you are:
  • Completion of a degree in engineering from an accredited university or college (mechanical preferred).

  • Currently registered as a professional engineer with APEGA.

  • A minimum of six years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, including roles in project management, project engineering, project or maintenance planning and scheduling, and operations.

  • Experience in project execution roles, project engineer, and project manager.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, both verbally and in written form.

Working Conditions:
  • Office environment.

  • Up to 5% of travel.
