YM Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst in Toronto to manage Windows/SQL Server environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure stability and security of mission-critical applications. Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential for delivering reliable solutions.

The role requires deep SQL Server knowledge, client–server architecture experience, and strong SDLC familiarity, with a focus on performance optimization and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Windows Server & SQL experience in a professional setting.
• Deep SQL Server knowledge including security models and permissions.
• Experience with client–server architectures and distributed databases.
• Understanding of server security policies and compliance best practices.
• Experience supporting software applications at a technical level.
• Ability to optimize SQL Server performance via indexing and tuning.
• Familiarity with the full SDLC (analysis, development, testing, deployment).
• Experience installing and troubleshooting databases in multi-server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end database management support.
