Job summary

TD is seeking an experienced Senior Windows Engineer to join our Windows Engineering team in Toronto. You will design enterprise Windows standards, build automation playbooks, and serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues within financial services environments.

You will develop scalable automation using PowerShell and Ansible, collaborate with Build and Operations teams, and mentor junior staff while aligning with security baselines and regulatory requirements such as SOX

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows Server experience (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Windows clustering and MS SQL Server.
• Strong scripting and automation background.
• Experience with ITIL and enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Windows standards and best practices.
• Create technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
• Define security baselines for Windows environments.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Ansible playbooks.
• Provide Level 3 escalation support and root cause analysis.
