Job summary

LSBC is seeking a proactive Memberships and Sponsorships Specialist co-op student to support renewal processes, onboarding of new members, and to assist with LSBC events and sponsorships. You will help craft email campaigns and collateral for members and sponsors, and contribute to reporting using Salesforce and WordPress.

In this role you will coordinate meetings related to membership inquiries, train new co-ops, and support onboarding of the new Manager of Memberships and Sponsorships, with

• Support and attend LSBC’s events and network with current and prospective LSBC members
• Create sponsorship agreements for events and LSBC sponsors
• Create email marketing campaigns and collateral for members and sponsors
• Analyze reports from our business software: Salesforce and WordPress
• Coordinate and assist in meetings regarding LSBC membership inquiries
