Job summary

Wine and Beyond Regina, part of the SNDL family, is seeking a Spirits Manager to lead our premium spirits department. You will host tastings, mentor staff, and drive customer-focused sales while maintaining best-in-class merchandising and inventory standards.

The role is full-time, based in Regina, with evenings and weekends required. Strong spirits knowledge (WSET 2 or higher) and leadership experience are highly valued, along with a passion for service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a spirits-focused environment (retail, hospitality, or bar leadership).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Serve it Right certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of spirits; WSET 2 or similar is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing department team.
• Deliver expert customer service and make personalized spirit recommendations.
• Plan and host in-store tasting events.
• Manage department inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Monitor team scheduling and sales performance.
• Keep the department organized, clean, and ready for business.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with liquor and workplace safety regulations.
