Wine & Beyond is seeking a Store Supervisor - Operations to lead daily store activities, coach staff, and deliver excellent service. You will oversee product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills and willingness to support others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
