Job summary

Wine and Beyond in Edmonton Southgate is seeking a Spirits Manager to lead a vibrant spirits department, host tastings, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will influence selection and guest experiences while guiding a dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

The role requires 2+ years in a spirits-focused environment, leadership experience, Serve it Right certification, and strong spirits knowledge (WSET 2 or equivalent). Competitive pay and staff discounts are available.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Serve it Right certification or willingness to obtain.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a spirits focused environment (retail, hospitality, or bar leadership)
• Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Serve it Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong product knowledge in spirits (WSET 2, bartending, certifications, or similar is an asset)
• Great communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings/weekends as needed
