Job summary

Roche Laval seeks a dedicated field service representative to support laboratory equipment in biochemistry and analytical testing across Canada. You will diagnose issues, install and maintain instruments, and ensure excellent patient-facing service. A college diploma in electronic tech or related field, plus 5+ years of field service, is required.

Frequent travel to Quebec, Canada, and periodic travel to Europe/US is expected. English and French language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and customer-facing support.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with lab system operators and managers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver a positive, customer-centric service experience in line with administrative standards.
• Collaborate with regional support, client service manager, and the tech team on installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in service, sales, and client team meetings; support colleagues during vacations and holidays.
• Provide standby coverage for technical support after normal working hours.
