POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Integration Specialist based in Montreal, QC. The Integration Specialist is a key member of the Product Development team. They will serve as a liaison between dormakaba and its customers. The incumbent will play a critical role in making sure that our partners have all the required support to integrate our products into their own design. More than support, the Integration Specialist is the cornerstone of our integration strategy and will have to analyze the issues, propose solutions, validate them, liaise the development team with the customer and make sure that the right solution gets deployed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Collaborate with third parties on integration requirements and solutions
2. Lead partner training sessions and provide technical support while creating technical presentations and training materials
3. Manage integration projects and coordinate internal/external development teams
4. Plan and execute system integration testing & develop integration test tools
5. Oversee security testing through consulting companies
6. Create and maintain product integration documentation

WHAT WE REQUIRE

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT
2. 5+ years of software development or customer deployment support
3. Strong QA and integration testing expertise, proficient with SDKs, APIs, and database systems including SQL and experience with technical documentation and log analysis
4. Experience with Windows Server/Services, Web Services/Applications and mobile applications (Android & iOS)
5. Experience with communication protocols: Zigbee, Bluetooth, WiFi; security protocols: TLS, RSA; network protocols: IP, ARP, TCP, UDP; network topologies
6. Proficient with analysis tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, Postman, SoapUI)

WHAT WE PREFER

1. Experience with cloud services - e.g. AWS, Azure
2. Writing scripts for automation
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. English required for communications with teams or suppliers outside Quebec.
