Integration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UKG PRO WFM Integration Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about integrating advanced technology with business processes, we want to hear from you.

The Integration Specialist will lead project teams, utilizing their WFM expertise to guide clients and internal resources through all project phases. This is a remote position based in Canada or the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead specific tasks within project plans, providing domain expertise to support team members
• Conduct requirement gathering, develop design specifications, configure WFM systems, implement integrations, lead testing, and support production
• Provide guidance on labor productivity activities and labor studies development
• Select appropriate methodologies and tools for project use
• Create and deliver client presentations on complex topics
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of tasks, and support project risk management
• Demonstrate understanding of Axsium products and identify client opportunities

Client Interaction

• Represent Axsium professionally in all client interactions
• Navigate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Gain expertise in Axsium services and WFM vendor landscape
• Advise clients on best practices in WFM operations and labor productivity

Administration

• Submit timecards and expense reports accurately and promptly
• Communicate availability and adhere to project hours
• Follow security and HR policies
• Maintain clear and effective communication
• Utilize bench time for improvement and development

Culture

• Act as an ambassador for Axsium’s culture
• Take ownership and accountability for personal and company success
• Continuously enhance WFM knowledge through training and experience
• Engage in knowledge sharing within Axsium

Minimum Requirements

• UKG Boomi Certification with experience in UKG PRO WFM
• Strong skills in integration technologies like Boomi, RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP, REST), JSON, XML, SQL
• Understanding of UKG workforce management products
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for complex integrations
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading requirement gathering, design workshops, and presentations
• 5+ years in workforce management consulting and technology implementation
• Degree in business, computer science, information systems, or industrial engineering preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
