The Role, Integrations Specialist I

- this position is only for applicants located in Canada

We are looking for an Integrations Specialist I responsible for developing and supporting our integration offerings. This role involves transforming customer requirements into comprehensive solutions that enhance the value our customers gain from our products. We seek someone who excels at solving challenging problems — a team player capable of working independently and collaboratively.

You should be excited about experimenting and pushing boundaries. Our ideal teammates are always eager to learn new skills and improve — whether through self-driven research or consulting knowledgeable colleagues.

Your Most Important Initiatives:
  • Design and develop workflows using our core product and external software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite) to meet customer needs
  • Deliver projects within expected timelines
  • Keep project notes and statuses updated in project tools according to team processes
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding questions, roadblocks, and challenges during development
What You Bring:

You will need to wear many hats and work strategically with your team to deliver solutions successfully. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to translate customer business requirements into excellent results are essential.

  • Experience with scripting, APIs, web design, SQL, or BI tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Optimistic with a mindset focused on adding value
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Technical aptitude

Our success is rooted in a positive culture, defined by our four core values:

  • Authentic Relationships - Valuing people beyond their roles
  • Continuous Learning - Challenging assumptions and avoiding stagnation
  • Interdependence - Building systems for collective excellence; success and failure are shared
  • Data-Driven Decisions - Using facts to resolve disputes and guide actions
