Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Associate/Ambassador for the Maison boutique to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed sales targets. You will develop a client portfolio and contribute to daily boutique operations.

Role requires 2–5 years of luxury retail, strong customer service, and ability to work weekends plus one weekday. Travel for training/events may be required; proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience required.
• Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and one weekday.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.


• Build and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and participate in CRM initiatives, events, and networking.


• Resolve client concerns and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.


• Follow boutique security and operational policies; assist with setup, breakdown, merchandising, inventory, and special projects.


• Stay current on industry news and competitors and maintain strong product knowledge.

Requirements

• Two to five years of previous luxury retail experience.


• Must be available to work consistently on Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.


• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.


• Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.


• College degree preferred; additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are assets.
