Job summary

Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. is hiring a friendly Spa Receptionist at Meadow Spa & Pools, Moose Hotel & Suites, Banff. You will greet guests, manage bookings, and help create a relaxing visit.

You’ll work with massage therapists and aestheticians, handle payments, and provide product knowledge plus local recommendations. Spa experience is a plus, ProServe Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience.
• Spa experience is an asset but not required.
• ProServe Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Flexible and adaptable working style.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
• Answer calls and assist guests with bookings and inquiries.
• Schedule spa appointments and manage arrival times and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians for daily operations.
• Share knowledge of spa treatments and local activities.
• Assist guests with retail purchases and product recommendations.
• Process debit and credit card transactions and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming spa environment.
• Support additional operational duties as required.

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the spa, helping create a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting clients and managing appointments to sharing product knowledge and local recommendations, you'll play an important role in ensuring the spa operates smoothly and that guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit card transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
• Support additional operational duties as required

What We're Looking For
