Job summary

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a Spa housekeeping associate to maintain the resort spa premises, stock amenities, and assist guests with services and directions. The role supports cleanliness across the spa areas and locker rooms, ensuring a welcoming, pristine environment for guests and staff alike.

Starting wage is CAD 19.95 hourly with staged increases after six months and at three years. Benefits include staff meals, on-site accommodation for full-time staff, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; polite and friendly.
• Dedicated to high level of customer service and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Fairmont Spa premises; clean, replenish stock of spa amenities, toiletries and linens and answer guest inquiries.
• Maintain female locker rooms in a tidy manner; check and clean lockers as needed.
• Direct members/guests to appointments and assist with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Starting Rate

$19.95 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.17

Job Duties Include

• Responsible for maintaining the Fairmont Spa premises; clean, replenish stock of all spa amenities, toiletries and linens and answer any guest inquiries
• Maintain female locker rooms in a tidy manner, check and clean lockers when needed
• Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them with use of sauna, steam whirlpool etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
