Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise seeks a talented Registered Massage Therapist to join our premier spa team. In a fresh, upscale environment, you will deliver top‑notch massage and body treatments to guests, helping set the standard for spa excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous massage therapist experience required.
• Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College with at least 2200 hours.
• Registered in good standing with an Alberta massage therapy association.
• All professional licenses current.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing/walking, lifting, stairs).

Responsibilities

• Perform all massage, body and add-on treatments per menu and protocol.
• Discern guest needs and provide treatment/home care recommendations.
• Maintain a warm, gracious and professional persona with guests and colleagues.
• Uphold high sanitation, neatness and presentation standards.
• Assist with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning.
• Maintain treatment room inventory and perform organizational tasks.

Rate of Pay

$17.22/hour plus 18% gratuities and commission. Compensation can reflect $65+ per hour while massage services are being performed.

Job Duties Include

• Ability to perform all massage, body and applicable add on treatments offered on the menu according to protocols
• Discovers guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations
• Presents warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
• Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Assists with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning
• Maintains treatment room inventory and other organizational tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a massage therapist required
• Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College in a minimum 2200 hour program
• Must be registered in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta
• All professional licenses are to be current
• CPR and First Aid certification is required
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including but not limited to: Frequent standing and walking throughout shift Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps
