Job summary

Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a Spa Concierge for a seven-month full-time contract to join the spa team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes hospitality, knowledge of spa treatments, and accurate guest registration with payment processing.

Candidates should have spa or hospitality experience and hold Proserve and Food Safe certifications. The position requires flexibility for various shifts, including holidays, and valid Canadian work authorization.

• Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Shift schedule includes Sundays to Saturdays, including holidays.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A full-TIME SPA CONCIERGE (7 Month Contract)

The Spa Concierge is responsible for hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while providing exceptional customer service to our guests while exceeding their expectations.

• Shift schedule: Available to work a variety of shifts from Sunday to Saturday including holidays

This role will typically allow a minimum of 30 hours per week

The starting hourly rate for this role is $19 CAD per hour
