About the Role:

As a Spa Associate, you’ll be our clients’ first point of contact, so a friendly attitude and dazzling smile are essential. You’ll help keep the spa humming, from booking appointments to selling memberships (oh, and don’t forget, folding the towel and sheets—trust us, it’s worth it!). If you’re eager to grow, receive feedback like a pro, and develop your skills, you’ll fit right in. We love team members who are open to feedback because it makes them even more awesome—and valuable—to the team!

What We’re Looking For:

• An energetic, friendly attitude with top-notch oral communication skills (we love a good chat!)
• A willingness to listen, learn, and apply feedback to keep leveling up

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients with a smile so warm, it feels like a spa service in itself
• Answering phones, booking appointments, and giving clients the scoop on our awesome services
• Promoting the benefits of massage and facials (trust us, people will love hearing about them!)
• Selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades with enthusiasm that’s as relaxing as our massages
• Keeping the spa clean, fresh, and ready to wow clients from start to finish
• Taking initiative to learn new things and help out wherever needed (including showing that laundry machine who’s boss!)
• Collaborating with your team to make every day at Hand & Stone a great one
