That’s where you come in: As our new Spa Associate / Assistant Manager, you’ll be taking on a challenging and varied role in our friendly and relaxed location. This position will be equal parts customer service, receptionist, maintenance, administration, and sales: your support will ensure that every customer’s experience is seamless.
At our reception desk, you’ll be taking phone calls, emails, and setting up appointments. Using your strong computer skills, you’ll keep accurate records for our staff, informing them about upcoming services. Throughout the day, you’ll also help maintain and prepare facilities and rooms for our customers, including laundry, washrooms, and stocking supplies.
In terms of sales, you’ll be ringing up customers on their way out and informing them about all the packages and extras we offer. Knowledge sells in our industry, and after experiencing our amazing services, most people want more. So you’ll have plenty of opportunities to earn a good commission.
You’ll be perfect for this role if you’re:
This is a full-time position with various hours, 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday. Your wage will be competitive and based on experience. Benefits include group insurance and employee discounts. You will primarily work at our Woodbridge location (Weston Road / Major Mackenzie Drive, 3621 Major Mackenzie Drive) but will also need to travel frequently to our Richmond Hill location (Yonge Street / Elgin Mills, 10909 Yonge Street).
We have a small, friendly team, and you’ll be joining a relaxed, easygoing environment. This role offers opportunities for growth, as the position is open due to internal promotion.
