Job Position Title: Spa Associate

Job Status: Part-Time (Day/Evening shifts)

Job Reports To: Spa Manager

SUMMARY:
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Orleans is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, health, and wellness. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 500 North American locations, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry. We are seeking a key player who thrives in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link by contributing to our customers receiving nothing short of an exceptional spa experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Welcome and greet clients/guests upon arrival
2. Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
3. Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
4. Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
5. Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
6. Display a positive, energetic attitude
7. Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
8. Perform various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 1-3 years experience working in a customer service or membership-driven environment
2. Experience working in a sales and/or hospitality environment is considered an asset
3. Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
4. Ability to multitask
5. Ability to work as a team player and independently
