Our Spa Associates play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Prior experience in sales or membership-driven environments is preferred but not required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Experience in gyms or membership-based environments is a plus
• Greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures and maintain files
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare
• Maintain a professional, clean appearance and environment
