We have an exciting opportunity for a Solar Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Halifax, NS.

Responsibilities

• Manage a call list for new and potential residential solar customers
• Call and collect pre-sales information to help design solar systems
• Manage customer service for customer base
• Input information in CRM system
• Assist sales in operations and sales tasks, such as build proposals and site visits
• Enter service orders
• Make commercial prospect calls

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administrationor equivalent degree
• Driver's license
• Experiencein a customer service or sales related role
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable and independent with makingoutgoing callsto potential and existing customers
• Strong competency with CRM, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• No prior knowledgeof electrical or solar systems is required, as we will provide you with the necessary training and support
• Electrical competency would be considered an asset
