Job summary

Giant Tiger is seeking a Softgoods Supervisor to lead assigned departments and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves daily operations, staff training, inventory management, and merchandising execution. You will help schedule, monitor compliance with policies, and support loss prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service for assigned departments.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and scheduling.
• Train and communicate policies to department associates daily.
• Manage stock: ordering, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Lead merchandising activities and ensure GT system adherence.
• Provide input on scheduling and store quantification to the Store Owner/Manager.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Support health and safety policies and Loss prevention practices.
