Giant Tiger is seeking a full-time Grocery/General Merchandise Supervisor in Canada. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service across cash, softgoods, hardgoods or grocery.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring policy compliance while engaging with the local community and supporting store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service for assigned departments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Train and communicate policies and procedures to department associates daily.
• Handle SKU, pricing issues, signs, labels, RF unit operations.
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
• Supervise a team while ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure GT System policies and standards are followed by all associates.
• Lead merchandising activities and inventory management tasks.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
