Giant Tiger in Boisbriand, QC seeks a Softgoods Supervisor (Full-Time) to lead a fast-paced department and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide daily operations, train staff, and manage merchandising and inventory processes across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience or equivalent Giant Tiger experience as a keyholder.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team daily.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Able to oversee store operations and execute policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service for assigned departments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Train and communicate policies and procedures to department Associates daily.
• Manage SKU, pricing issues, printing signs, labels, and RF unit.
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
• Lead merchandising activities and coordinate inventory checks.
• Support health and safety policies and loss prevention practices.
