Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in security operations.
• Experience in a SOC, dispatch, control centre, or monitoring environment.
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills in urgent situations.
• Proficient with computers and data entry tools.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM or higher.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for security guards and customer contact after hours.
• Schedule all after-hour requests.
• Dispatch mobile resources to sites as needed.
• Maintain records of Securiguard policies and procedures.
• Manage break relief for Securiguard sites.
• Ensure employees check in hourly or as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and goals.
• Track ongoing issues and update clients and team on progress.
