Job summary

Paladin Security is hiring a Health Care Operator in Burnaby to support a 24/7/365 operations center. The role combines call taking, dispatch, report writing, and coordination to bolster health care security programs for clients and Paladin Management.

The successful candidate will communicate clearly, prepare concise reports, and direct officers/resources as needed. Prior security or call center experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed 50 wpm or faster.
• Experience in Public Safety Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all calls and radio communications professionally.
• Maintain rapport with callers while handling confidential information.
• Dispatch alarm responses accurately within set time frames.
• Respond to book-offs, accidents, and emergencies; escalate when needed.
