Job summary

Securitas Canada is hiring a full-time Security Command Center Operator to safeguard client property and personnel. You will monitor activities, report incidents, and perform periodic remote patrols, access control, and emergency responses at the client site.

The role requires bilingual English/French communication, a valid Ontario Security Guard license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Availability to work full-time with rotating shifts (nights, evenings, weekends, days).
• Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard license.
• Strong observational skills to detect and respond to security threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with constant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
• Conduct remote patrol, provide access control and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Perform safety and security duties with professionalism and integrity.
• Complete incident reports for security purposes.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement as needed.
• Write reports, respond to emails, create access profiles, and perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
