BRP is seeking a Creative Projects and Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional teams across design, development, and sourcing for apparel and protective gear. You will ensure projects run on time, on budget, and meet high quality standards while coordinating with external partners and freelancers.
You will drive capacity planning, supplier relationships, and process improvements, reporting to the Director of Apparel, Play & Licensing.
We are looking for a highly organized, creatively minded Creative Projects and Operations Manager who will report to the Director of Apparel, Play & Licensing, and who’ll be tasked with bringing ideas to life while keeping the people, processes, suppliers, timelines, and details behind the work running smoothly. As part of your role, you’ll be at the intersection of creative, project management, supplier management, and business operations for a wide range of apparel, protective gear and consumer play products!
