Two Boys and a Toolkit is expanding into residential snow removal across the GTA. We're looking for reliable and experienced snow removal laborers who can handle shoveling, salting, and operating small machinery.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and residential properties
• Operate snow blowers or small machinery safely
• Apply salt / de-icing material as needed
• Work in early mornings, evenings, and during snow events
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Must be punctual and dependable

Pay

Pay: CAD $18–$25 / hour depending on experience.
