Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Cambridge, ON is seeking a hands-on Small Engines Technician to keep our rental fleet and customer equipment operating safely and reliably. You will diagnose and repair defective small engines, perform preventative maintenance, and service QA rental gear, tools, and customer-owned equipment, while collaborating with branches to meet repair timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a Small Engines Technician or equivalent, working on 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to support customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defective small engines on rental equipment.
• Diagnose, service, and maintain QA rental equipment.
• Diagnose and repair customer-owned tools and equipment.
