Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the repair and maintenance of equipment as required.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Develop procedures for storage of parts/equipment.
• Manage inventory of parts in the vehicle.
• Resolve work problems and improve productivity.
• Train subcontractors and area managers on best practices.
• Ensure safe working conditions at all times.
• Prepare reports for the Manager of Mechanical Services.
• Perform on-call service duties on weekends on a rotating basis.
• Travel within designated territory as required.
